With a background rooted in technical product and process development, Kaela brings a unique ability to connect consumer and business strategy with the realities of bringing products to life. Having led innovation and product launches across fast-paced startup and growth environments, she understands how to navigate complexity, align cross-functional teams, and move ideas from early-stage opportunity through development and successful market launch.

Through Lemonade Labs, Kaela partners with consumer brands to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to innovation, whether identifying new opportunities, shaping product pipelines, developing and commercializing new products, or strengthening the processes that turn great ideas into successful launches.

Based in Los Angeles, Kaela spends her time outside of work exploring the outdoors with her family and discovering new foods.
